👋 Hi, I'm Gonzalo. I use he/him pronouns.

I enjoy learning, I love sharing knowledge, and I thrive when collaborating with different people, teams, and functions. Witnessing someone help someone else do something for the first time makes my day. Delivering a product that respects a need we hadn't anticipated makes my week.

I've attempted to get as much as the above in a number of teams over the years, from a small web agency to non-profits, via some large print-on-demand marketplace.

I've been part of the SecureDrop team at the Freedom of the Press Foundation. If that's something that appeals to you, I'm happy to have a chat.

Off-hours, I split my time between Reach, remote-controlled flight, and supporting my partner's design practice.

I've published code regularly on GitHub, as a way to share my thought process. These days, I'm mostly focused on Reach.
In the past, I tried to write a blog with limited success. I learned that I prefer being able to iterate on the content I write.
I've since played with different formats, including publishing my own learning notes.
Memorable Words: In the longer-term, want to create a reasonably usable Spanish word list for generating memorable passphrases. It is a (very) slow-moving project, but one that's close to my heart. (first iteration and goals, some ideas)
